The heart of the timepiece is one of the largest automatic movements ever created. The movement gives an advantage of a seven-day power reserve. It offers a mechanical perpetual calendar complication with a four-digit year display and a moon phase complication featuring the moon in both hemispheres. The most remarkable thing about the Big Pilot's Watch Perpetual Calendar Limited Edition 2010 is that, in spite of its technical sophistication, it is really easy to operate. The case of the IWC Big Pilot's Watch Perpetual Calendar Limited Edition 2010 is sculptured in stainless steel and measures 46.2 mm in diameter.
